Find out which states accept your current license and what's required to transfer

What is License Reciprocity?

Reciprocity agreements allow licensed electricians to transfer their license to another state without retaking the full licensing exam. Requirements vary - some states offer full reciprocity while others require additional documentation, fees, or exams.

⚠️ Important: Always verify current requirements directly with the state licensing board. Reciprocity agreements can change.
